(Yearly Initial Samples approval with capability evidences ) Initiate, analyze, report and follow-up incidents until the PDCA closure Initiate in SRM an incident (C1 / C2 or Wr) to the supplier in accordance with the SQM (Supplier Quality Manual) after preliminary investigation on the Valeo site with Valeo site quality has been performed Track each incident detected on his or her site and ensure QR reactivity and Full PDCA analysis is met in accordance with Group Standard : 5 days / 10 days rule .
