Quality & Operations Executive

Role Overview: At Dameasy, you will be part of a dynamic team reimagining how modern consumers experience food. As a Quality & Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality control, lab testing, and operational execution at our manufacturing unit. This hands-on, cross-functional position will involve direct involvement in production, compliance, and new product development, contributing to shaping the future of food manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Quality Oversight - Monitor GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards on the production floor - Conduct quality checks during production and on finished goods - Lab Testing & Analysis - Run lab tests on raw materials and final products - Support R&D in sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies - Material & Inventory QA - Verify quality of incoming raw materials and packaging - Maintain traceability and manage documentation for any rejections - Production & NPD Support - Assist with production planning and execution of pilot batches - Help scale up lab formulations for commercial production - Compliance & Documentation - Maintain QA documentation, checklists, and test records - Support audit readiness and report deviations with corrective actions Qualification Required: - 02 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality, or lab-based roles - Strong attention to detail and understanding of food safety principles - Familiarity with basic lab testing, documentation, and compliance - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Additional Details: Join Dameasy and be part of a high-growth, innovation-led company that is redefining food from the inside out.,
