Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an international setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform quality improvement initiatives.
Train and guide team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee suggestions and feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management, preferably in an international context.
Strong understanding of quality principles, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience with quality management tools and software is desirable.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
