Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager at Standard Pathology in Agra, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our Pathology Centre operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing quality protocols and procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess a solid background in Biochemistry and Hematology, with a minimum qualification of M.Sc. in Biochemistry and at least 3 years of experience in Diagnostic/Pathology settings. Your technical skills should include hands-on knowledge of Lab Technician work in Biochemistry and Hematology, familiarity with NABL quality standards, and the ability to manage quality control processes, equipment calibration, and report validation. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality indicators and documentation, as well as providing training to lab staff on quality and technical standards. Effective coordination with consultants, technicians, and the reporting team will be essential to ensure error-free lab functioning. This is a full-time job that may require you to work day shifts, morning shifts, or night shifts at the Pathology Centre location.
