Job Description

We're Hiring! Quality Manager Solar Structure Manufacturing

Location:

Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent quality from incoming raw materials to finished goods
Conduct internal audits, supplier evaluations, and assist in customer/third-party inspections
Implement and manage quality control tools and processes
Supervise and execute quality tests, including visual inspections
Lead, train, and support the quality team
Maintain comprehensive quality documentation (inspection reports, audit findings, corrective actions)
Uphold compliance with industry standards and continuously drive improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in Solar Energy Industry is a strong plus
Proven background in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
