QUALITY MANAGER -RUBBER-SONIPAT

Define and implement the company’s quality strategy, systems, and procedures for oil seal production (rubber, metal, PTFE-based components). 2 Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. 3 Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products. 4 Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including documentation and audits. 5 Analyze customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, etc. 6 Lead internal audits, supplier audits, and coordinate third-party audits and certification renewals. 7 Establish and monitor quality KPIs like rejection rate, customer returns, PPM levels, and cost of poor quality (COPQ). 8 Quality Head Work closely with R&D and Production to validate new product developments (PPAP, APQP, FMEA). 9 Quality Head Train and mentor the QA/QC team and shop floor operators in quality standards and best practices. 10 Interface with key customers and suppliers on quality-related matters and audits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
