Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities at the wind project site.
Ensure compliance with quality standards during
foundation, installation, and commissioning
phases of wind turbine projects.
Oversee
inspection and testing
of civil, mechanical, and electrical works as per the approved Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Drive site-level
quality audits
(internal and external) to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory standards.
Manage and close
Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs)
through effective
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and implementation of
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
.
Maintain proper documentation and quality records to support project handover and client inspections.
Conduct
training and awareness sessions
for site teams, contractors, and sub-contractors to enhance the quality culture.
Interface with project, engineering, and contractor teams to ensure smooth quality assurance integration.
Monitor and report KPIs related to quality performance at the site.
