A leading Electronics Manufacturing company in Controllers related to HVAC & R ,Process Instruments located at Navi Mumbai is looking for suitable candidate in the role of Quality Manager in Quality department
Desired Candidate :
BE/B.Tech /M.Tech in Electronics Engineering with around 12 years of experience in Quality department in any Electronics Controllers manufacturing company
Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing clear direction and guidance to junior team .
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards
Conducts supplier audits and quality assessments for products within each segment as needed.
Implements and maintains an effective Quality Management System
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Implements and maintains an effective Quality Management System
Leads continuous improvement initiatives tailored to enhance quality, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
Residing in Navi Mumbai or adjoining area
Salary : As per the industry standards
Holiday :Sunday and Alternative Saturday
Transportation : From Koparkhairne Railway station to factory and fro
