Job Description

Job Description: As a Quality Manager at our company located in Vasai, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality management system. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and overseeing production processes. You will need to identify and address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and supervise a team of quality inspectors. Collaboration with other departments to guarantee product quality, training staff on quality standards, and preparing reports for senior management will also be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and improve the quality management system - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards - Oversee production processes and address quality issues - Implement corrective actions as needed - Lead a team of quality inspectors - Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance - Train staff on quality standards - Prepare reports for senior management Qualifications: - Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conducting audits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field - Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus,
