Quality Manager – Food Industry (Bread / Cookies)
Location: Sonipat (Haryana)
Salary: 50,000 to 70,000
NOTE: Candidate must be from Bread / Cookies Industries Only
Requirements:
Must have extensive experience in the Food Industry (Bread / Cookies) (Mandatory)
Proven leadership in managing quality assurance and control processes
In-depth knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, GMP, and other food safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall quality function of the organization
Develop, implement, and monitor food safety and quality systems
Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous quality improvements
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions
Train and mentor QA/QC teams across all units
Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D departments for quality consistency
