Job Title: Quality Manager - Machine Tools Location: [Specify Location] Experience: 12-15 Years Industry: Machine Tool / Machine Building Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Quality Manager to lead our quality control initiatives in a machine tool/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of manufacturing quality processes, including vendor management, audits, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control strategies in alignment with the company's vision. Define and execute quality policies, procedures, and process improvements to maintain high product standards. Lead, mentor, and manage the quality team , ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs , recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects. Conduct quality audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales) to align quality processes with business objectives. Develop and manage vendor evaluation processes to ensure supplier quality compliance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO standards . Train employees on quality control protocols, procedures, and industry best practices . Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Experience: 12-15 years in a quality management role within the machine tool or machine-building industry. Minimum 2-5 years of managerial experience in a Quality Department (Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager level). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, heat treatment, and surface treatment . Expertise in vendor quality management and supplier audits . Hands-on experience in ISO quality standards and regulatory compliance . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
