Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Additive Division . This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing, branding, offline marketing, and partner coordination . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening the division’s market presence, driving lead generation, and enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation. Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and website optimization. Manage content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, and email campaigns. Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture and convert leads. 2. Branding & Positioning Strengthening the brand identity of the Additive Division through strategic marketing efforts. Develop compelling messaging and storytelling for products and services. Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels. 3. Offline Marketing & Events Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase additive manufacturing solutions. Develop marketing collaterals, brochures, and presentations for offline promotions. Work closely with the sales team to support offline engagement strategies. 4. Partner & Vendor Coordination Manage relationships with key industry partners and resellers to amplify marketing efforts. Collaborate with external agencies for content, PR, and advertising campaigns. Oversee vendor selection and negotiations for marketing materials and event participation. 5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide data-driven insights to shape marketing strategies and business decisions. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Key Requirements: 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or additive manufacturing domains. Strong expertise in digital marketing , lead generation, and branding strategies. Proven experience in managing offline marketing activities such as events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Excellent skills in partner coordination, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement . Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, CRM, and marketing automation tools . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing ROI. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Why Join Us?
