1 Ensuring all worker and Supervisor are using PPE and Safely working

2 Development of QAP, Test procedures, Inspection plans and TDC

3 Manage and control the overall functioning of the quality assurance department.

4 Quality Control Plan on product

5 Proper Manpower and Material management

6 Control and analysis of Monthly Rejection and Rework

7 To check and maintain product Quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures

8 To Create Awareness among the Inspectors, Engineer ,Staff and Workers for QC inspection Methods and Quality issues related to it

9 Liaison with Certification body / external body

10 Responsible for conducting timely internal audit and ensure conformities in system and process

11 Monitoring of QMS process performance

12 To maintain highest Quality standards and improvement of quality control procedures to implement various requirements of ASTM,ASME ,JIS and DIN standards

13 To Enhance Customer Satisfaction and communication with other dept for awareness of quality issues .

14 To check and investigate customer complaints and Non- Conformance issues. And ensure all quality related issues are resolved on time

15 Informing the inspection requirement to Inspectors

16 Root cause analysis of Any Non- Conformance in Product and make preventive action plan

17 Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality system 18 Review all inspection reports on day to day basis

19 Reporting top management on performance of quality management system.

20 Monitor proper calibration of Testing Machines/ Equipment and Measuring instruments

21 5s, Kaizen and Training to Staff & Workers

22 Incoming and Outcoming Material Proper flow up .

23 Ensure Stage wise inspection are carried our as required and related reports are generated

24 To Provide Technical Support to production and Marketing Team

25 To Conduct MRM and maintaining records of trends of MRM and CAPA against inhouse and Customer complaints

26 Performance monitoring All Inspector, supervisors & Workers of QC Dept.
