Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team at MAXCURE HOSPITALS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure high standards of patient care.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Provide training and coaching to staff on quality management principles and best practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
