Quality Lead - Jaisalmer

1. Ensure the diffferent field erection packages for BESS project are executed as per the Quality Plans and Departmental SOPs.

2.Ensure all the quality standards and processes are followed for BESS Projects.

3. Ensure the management of field quality Engineers, Off Roll & TPI for differnt field activities.

3.Ensure Control & supervision of BESS project site contractors for quality adherance and its documentation.

4.Coordination with differnet stake holders like Design, Projects & O&M.

5. Ensure Non- Conformance Management for field construction activities of BESS Project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and Ensuring of all Quality processes are followed by team as per SFQP & approved drawings including proper documentation with traceability for BESS projects field activies.

2. Ensure to attend the RFIs raised by construction team & manage field quality engineers, Off roll & TPI ers. For these day to day tasks.

3.Monitoring and controlling of the quality issues and non-conformities during RFI & Raw material inspection at the vendor end for BESS Materials.

4. Ensure the Field testing activies as per planned shedule & SFQP protocols.

5. Quality Clearance Certificate to site contractors for UD Clearance.

6. Continual quality improvement initiatives in the BESS Renewable Projects.

7. Co-ordinate and technical guidance to all team members as per the organizational requirements.

8. Co-ordination with Internal and External customers for for BESS Renewable projects.

9. Failure analysis of equipment using RCA, CAPA, FMEA etc.

10. Ensure the vendor performance evaluation for vendor improvements as per project requirement.

11. Identifying the risk and opportunities with mitigation plan.

12. Ensuring all quality records are uploaded on common server on real time basis. 13.Ensuring all the documentation and records in compliance with QMS.
