Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector in the manufacturing industry, your role will involve inspecting raw materials and components to ensure they meet specifications. This will include performing visual inspections and using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to assess products. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting tests related to material strength and dimensions. Your tasks will also involve documenting and reporting inspection results, including any necessary re-work. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect raw materials and components to ensure they meet specifications - Perform visual inspections and use measurement tools for assessment - Conduct tests such as material strength and dimensions - Document and report inspection results, including re-work - Communicate with production supervisors and engineers to address quality issues and make necessary adjustments Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry quality department - Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, SMAW) - Familiarity with Heavy Fabrication and Vehicle Fabrication inspection - Understanding of GD&T, CAPA, RCA, and Quality core tools - Ability to handle customers for inspection activities - Proficiency in Drawing Reading In addition to the job specifics, you will be entitled to benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
