Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Quality Inspector with hands-on experience in quality inspection of sheet metal parts in a press shop environment. The candidate must be skilled in reading engineering drawings, using quality instruments, and performing thorough part/equipment checks for hinges and door accessories manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
• Check parts and assemblies as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
• Identify defects, deviations, and take corrective action in coordination with production.
• Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Work closely with production and tooling teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection in a sheet metal press shop.
• Experience in inspecting hinges, door accessories, or similar metal hardware products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality specifications.
• Proficient in using quality inspection tools and instruments.
• Detail-oriented with a good understanding of quality processes.
