Quality Inspector

Quality Inspection: ○ Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and components as per 2D drawings and specifications. ○ Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to verify dimensions. ○ Conduct visual and dimensional checks to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities. 2. Drawing Interpretation: ○ Read and understand 2D engineering drawings, including tolerances, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and surface finish requirements. ○ Ensure all inspected parts comply with the given drawings and quality standards. 3. Documentation & Reporting: ○ Prepare inspection reports and maintain records of approved/rejected materials. ○ Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for defective parts and follow up on corrective actions. 4.
