Quality Inspector + AutoCAD (Mechanical)

• ✅ In-Process Inspection:
• Perform dimensional checks of components using Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
• Conduct visual inspection for surface defects (burrs, rust, scratches, dents, etc.)
• Ensure production parts meet drawing specifications during machining, forging, or assembly stages
• Daily Production Reporting:
• Maintain production logs including daily OK quantity, rejection, and rework parts
• Share daily inspection summary with production and quality team
• Update physical inspection register or system entry as per company format
• ❌ Rejection Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare rejection reports with reasons (e.g., oversize, undercut, damage)
• Tag rejected parts and maintain traceability
• Support root cause analysis and help in corrective/preventive action tracking
• AutoCAD Drawing Preparation:
• Create or revise 2D mechanical drawings of components
• Understand tolerances, hole sizes, threads, symbols, and machining marks
• Coordinate with production team to ensure drawings are properly followed
• Documentation & Email Communication:
• Send inspection reports and daily updates via email
• Work on Excel for basic data entry (inspection sheets, rejection trends, etc.)
• Maintain proper document filing and recordkeeping

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
