✅ In-Process Inspection: Perform dimensional checks of components using Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc. Conduct visual inspection for surface defects (burrs, rust, scratches, dents, etc.) Ensure production parts meet drawing specifications during machining, forging, or assembly stages Daily Production Reporting: Maintain production logs including daily OK quantity, rejection, and rework parts Share daily inspection summary with production and quality team Update physical inspection register or system entry as per company format ❌ Rejection Reporting & Analysis: Prepare rejection reports with reasons (e.g., oversize, undercut, damage) Tag rejected parts and maintain traceability Support root cause analysis and help in corrective/preventive action tracking AutoCAD Drawing Preparation: Create or revise 2D mechanical drawings of components Understand tolerances, hole sizes, threads, symbols, and machining marks Coordinate with production team to ensure drawings are properly followed Documentation & Email Communication: Send inspection reports and daily updates via email Work on Excel for basic data entry (inspection sheets, rejection trends, etc.) Maintain proper document filing and recordkeeping Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
