Quality Inspector

Job Description

Purpose: This role is tasked will perform regular product evaluations (machining line) record inspection results, and recommend controlling to the production process FAI/PDI Vendor end To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with excellent quality control standards, testing techniques and knowledge of GD&T and metrology. Preferred candidate profile Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping PDI /FAI Vendor end. Read drawings, plans and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services 3 Inspection of CNC precision (Machining) parts and execute tests to check final product adherence to the com-pany standards. And comfortable to work with shift rotation. Process control and daily quality Inspection of precision machine shop. Perform activities to calibration of equip-ment and Gauges in order to maintain equipment as per the standards. Familiar with quality measurement instruments like Vision Measuring Machine/system (VMM), Profile Projector, Contour tracer Measuring System, etc. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications. Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records Guide the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. And able to give suggestions for resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience BE/Diploma in mechanical or equivalent qualification. A maximum of 4 to 6 years experience in a similar role Managing Quality function for CNC precision parts product Good written and verbal communication skills
