Key Responsibilities:Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Conduct visual checks, measurements, and tests using relevant tools and equipment. Maintain accurate inspection reports, checklists, and quality records. Identify defects or deviations and report issues to the production and quality control teams. Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and guidelines. Coordinate with the production team to ensure corrective actions are taken. Monitor adherence to ISO, safety, and regulatory standards (if applicable). Support in conducting root cause analysis and suggest process improvements. Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and measuring instruments. Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure continuous improvement in processes. Qualifications and Skills:Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Prior experience as a Quality Inspector / Quality Control Executive preferred. Knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good documentation and reporting skills. Basic computer knowledge for preparing inspection reports.
