Quality Incharge - Insulator Division

We are looking for Quality - Deputy Manager/ Manager - Insulator division

Work Location - Seetharampur PLant ( Near shamsabadAirport , Sengareddy Hyderabad

• Responsible for incoming, In process and Final product quality as per requirements.
• Design quality assurance (QA) systems (QAP, Work instructions, checklists etc.) to prevent issues leading to bad product quality related to entire plant operations.
• Responsible to coordinate customers inspection ( including LDT, BFRT etc.) as per monthly targets and ensure to complete the inspections as per targets.
• Responsible for Developing and Implementing Quality Systems including ISO 9000, 14000 and 45000

• Responsible to complete all types inspection as per timelines and Circulate inspection reports to all the concerned.
• Review calibration schedule and organize the calibration of Instruments/Test equipments at NABL Laboratories as per calibration schedule.
• Coordinate various customers and vendor’s audits and visits as per requirements
• Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and plans, ensuring alignment with regulations, guidelines and policies
• Circulate quality MIS to all the concerned.
• Supervise and mentor quality control inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and training.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Track key quality metrics, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and operations, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
