Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities-

Support Quality Projects

  • Help run special quality projects likeQuality Quest,My Guarantee, or customer satisfaction programs.
  • Follow up on tasks, track progress, and report updates.

Assist in Process Improvement

  • Observe processes and suggest small changes to reduce errors or delays.
  • Work with engineers and supervisors to improve product quality.

Check Quality Data

  • Collect and review quality data such as defects, rework, or customer complaints.
  • Help prepare simple reports or charts.

Help Solve Problems

  • Support root cause analysis using tools like

    5 Whys

    or

    Ishikawa diagrams

    .
  • Assist in implementing and checking corrective actions.

Coordinate with Teams

  • Communicate with production, QA, and other departments to follow up on project actions.
  • Attend meetings and share updates.

Support Training & Documentation

  • Help prepare training materials and support team learning.
  • Maintain records of project activities and improvements.

Follow Standards and Guidelines

  • Make sure all work is done as per quality procedures (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Support during audits or quality checks.
