Job Description

Requirements:

Required a Quality Head who has rich exposure of working in hospitals and handling quality related issues including NABH.
Should have independently led the quality team and participated in several NABH audits.
Good command over NABH documentations and ability to lead the team and coordinate with the departments.

Key responsibilities:

NABH compliance:
Develop and implement systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with all NABH standards.
Quality improvement:
Lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Accreditation:
Manage the preparation and submission process for NABH accreditation and re-accreditation.
Training and education:
Conduct training programs for staff on quality standards, infection control, patient safety, and ethical conduct to foster a culture of quality.
Documentation and reporting:
Set up and maintain quality control and documentation procedures, and prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
Data analysis:
Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to measure performance and identify areas of weakness.
