1. Analyze quality metric data.
2. Analyze data for continuous quality improvement.
3. Identify root causes of quality issues.
4. Provide implementable suggestions for quality enhancement on a quarterly basis.
5. Develop quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
6. Review and revise policies to meet evolving regulations and customer needs.
7. Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality.
8. Plan and execute internal and supplier audits
9. Maintain certifications ( FSSC 22000,FSSAI, NPOP/NOP/COR etc.)
10. Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for non-conformances.
11. Develop training programs for inspection staff and operators.
12. Raise awareness of quality standards across all operations.
13. Promptly investigate and resolve customer complaints.
14. Increase awareness of quality standards across all operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
