1. Lead overall Quality Assurance & Control across raw material, in-process, and final inspection.
2. Develop & implement Quality Systems, SOPs, and inspection standards.3. Ensure supplier quality and conduct audits.4. Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.5. Oversee tool room & mold quality; ensure dimensional & functional accuracy.6. Maintain ISO / certification compliance and documentation.7. Analyze defects, drive root cause analysis, and monitor corrective actions.8. Lead and train quality team; report key metrics to management.
