Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹12,00,000 LPA
Qualification: B. Tech (Mechanical)
Experience: More than 10 Years (preferably in Cycle / Auto Parts Industry)
Job Description:
Lead and manage the entire Quality Department to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
Establish inspection standards, procedures, and testing methods for materials and finished products.
Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Design, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality certifications.
Train and mentor quality engineers and inspectors to maintain a culture of quality awareness.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
