Quality Head

You will play a crucial role in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions for defects and failures, and overseeing quality stages such as Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-process, and Final Inspection. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of Six Sigma, PPAP, and 5S will be beneficial as you establish and maintain quality standards, processes, and systems for wiring harness production. Additionally, you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and developing a quality-focused workforce, handling ISO Audits, ensuring timely closure of findings, and coordinating Internal and External Audits. You will also manage New Sample Inspection, Approval, and follow-up to meet customer requirements, as well as maintain and update QMS (Quality Management System) Documentation (Level-2). Conducting training sessions on Quality Standards and ISO Documentation, preparing and presenting Management Review Meeting (MRM) reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive quality initiatives will be key aspects of your role.
