Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Deployment of workmen on machine as per the plan. 2. Supervise, monitor, and improve the production efficiency of the workmen. 3. Supervise and monitor the checking and inspection of the finished product. 4. Monitor & understand customer wise quality requirements and control of the wastage of Name tape & Plain tapes. 5. Communicate the daily wastage to the weaving department. 6. Disposal of waste tape as per the type of tape (Name & Plain Tape). 7. Monitor the overall packing process as per the customers requirements. 8. Preparation of wastage segregation report as per the categories. 9. Preparation of rolling report, printing and labeling of stickers. 10. Preparation of daily production downtime report. 11. Co-ordinate with the sales department to understand the customers consignment packing requirement. 12. Co-ordinate with the purchase department or the packing cartons. 13. Co-ordinate with the calendaring / Sales / Greige department to adhere the EDD. 14. Supervise the work and maintain a healthy environment in the department. 15. Take action against the employee for the checking and packing defects. 16. Execute, Maintain the all-requirement procedures for the ISO. Preferred candidate profile B. Tech. in Textile 2 to 4 years experience. Experience in textile manufacturing will be given preference. Perks and benefits 3 to 4 lpa CTC. Weekly off Public holiday Earned leaves etc..
