Job Description:
1. Attention to Detail:
Ability to identify small defects and inconsistencies that could affect product quality.2. Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze production samples and determine quality issues.3. Technical Knowledge:Understanding of production processes, industry standards, and product specifications relevant to adult diapers, masks, PPE kits, and wet wipes.4. Documentation and Reporting:Proficiency in documenting inspection results and generating quality reports, crucial for maintaining audit trails.5. Communication Skills:Clear communication with production teams to ensure quality standards are upheld.6. Familiarity with ISO Standards: Knowledge of quality management and ISO compliance to align with organizational policies.7. Ability to Use QC Tools:Proficiency in tools such as calipers, micrometers, or other measuring devices to ensure product accuracy.
