Job Description

Responsible for verifying process audits (fabrication, foaming and assembly of DF Critical Manpower) and ensuring corrective actions for non-conformance reports (NCR). Conducts process audits and time checks on production lines, suggesting preventive and corrective measures based on audit findings. Collaborates daily with the manufacturing team to address the top-quality issues with preventive and corrective actions. Ensures process control through critical-to-process (CTP), critical-to-quality (CTQ) parameters, and time checks.
Trains operators on new process implementations and communicates audit findings and finish product audits to the team. Makes decisions online stoppages and major quality issues while updating 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) information. measurement skill and maintain recording of dimensional data with skill of easy handling quality equipment with calibration assurance -MSA

Key Responsibilities:

Several years ( 5+ to 8-12 years) of experience in quality or manufacturing environments, often in regulated industries like DF product
Knowledge of IMS for 9001/140001/45001 and QMS system Expertise in handling non-conformance reports (NCR), root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and quality audits. Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques (SPC, capability studies, trend analysis) for product and Process Capability improvement. Training and development skills for operators and quality staff. Skilled in root cause identification, problem solving, and implementation of permanent corrective actions. Ability to make critical decisions, including production line stoppages, if necessary, due to quality issues. Experience in risk assessment tools like FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
