Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Your role will involve fostering an environment that accelerates delivery while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing established quality processes and methodologies to enhance overall project outcomes. Each day will be filled with collaboration, strategic planning, and the implementation of effective testing practices to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
