Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that all aspects of the application lifecycle are addressed. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the delivery of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

As a Test Data Management (TDM) Analyst/Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of TDM processes across the client landscape. You will analyze existing test data practices, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure smooth execution of test data activities.

Working closely with the TDM Lead, SME, and client teams to design, document, and deliver TDM solutions, supporting the implementation of TDM processes, tools, and standards across testing teams.

Analyze and improve TDM procedures, maintain documentation and process flows, and collaborate with stakeholders to define test data requirements.

Support TDM operations and agile testing teams, participate in workshops and reporting, and apply knowledge of TDM concepts, processes, and tools; familiarity with SAP systems is an advantage.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in est Data Management Strategy and Implementation, Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Program/Project Management, and Solution Architecture. Delphix.

Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies for complex applications.

Ability to analyze and interpret testing metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Test Data Management Implementation.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
