Quality Engineering Lead

As a Quality Engineer at Equifax, you are passionate about quality and ensuring a positive customer experience for the products you test. You document issues in an log, retest to ensure problem resolution, create test files to test program logic thoroughly, and propose and implement changes to enhance QA strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead in the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools to support overall test architecture for a hybrid environment - Provide reporting data and dashboards for visibility of quality across products, builds, and environments - Enforce testing policies, standards, and guidelines for a consistent testing framework - Collaborate with geographically dispersed agile teams to drive continuous testing and transformation of legacy code - Act as a lead across the team, engaging and energizing teams to achieve goals - Automate and apply advanced engineering to the quality assurance discipline by identifying and sharing best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a STEM major or 7+ years of software testing experience - Experience working with SREs and dev teams to define and maintain SLA, SLO, SLIs - Collaboration with technical leadership on strategic technical testing direction and best practices - Delivery of solutions for complex business testing problems through standard SDLC processes - Strong experience in software testing and public cloud like GCP and/or AWS preferred - Strong domain working experience in the Financial industry strongly preferred - Cloud Certification strongly preferred The job description does not provide any additional details about the company.,
