Understand the various ISO standards requirements. Updating of customer complaint tracker Field service and resolving complaints. Identification of RISK and opportunities, Aspect and impact in his work area. Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering with 3 years of experience in customer complaint handling service activities Hands on Experience in 8D reports Ability to use metrics and analytics Knowledge of Service function.
