OBA Quality Engineer at Factory

Summary:

This is Xiaomi’s contract role (3rd Party), Candidate need to work in rotational shifts, 6 days / week.

Xiaomi Factory Quality Onsite Manager. This position is responsible for Inspection of TV as per Xiaomi Standard.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Basic Knowledge of Electronics part, ESD & Line Audit.
• Knowledge of Product inspection- IQC, OQC, OBA, PDI etc.
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, Quality Standard, First article inspection.
• Check the TV before shipment to ensure that meet our standards.
• Daily preparing inspection result and published to team.
• Find the root cause, action and verify action in factory process & Products.
• Check the TV, PCBA as per the SIP /SOP and Product standard, Compliance, Legal.
• Market failure TV analysis, improve factory process and prepare CAPA.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics/Electrical) with 2 to 5 year Experience in TV factory quality.
• Proficiency of listening, speaking, reading and writing, English & Telegu.
• Familiar with TV manufacturing process, Quality Standards, Compliance.
