Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Accommodation

Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be familiar with quality inspection, testing procedures, and compliance standards related to plastic components and processes. The role offers free accommodation along with a competitive monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific quality standards.
Identify, investigate, and resolve product quality issues and non-conformities.
Work closely with production teams to monitor and improve product quality.
Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records as per ISO standards.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Use tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Good knowledge of quality control processes and tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Familiarity with plastic molding, extrusion, or blow molding processes.
Experience using measuring and inspection instruments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and related quality systems.
