Role Overview: You will be joining the AI Cloud Quality Engineering team at Einstein products & platform, specializing in Salesforce's AI Platform and applications. As a Quality Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and quality strategies with a focus on automation. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the quality of new features and successful execution of regression tests in various environments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of coverage gaps and write end-to-end (E2E) and integration tests, partnering with teams to drive service-level test coverage. - Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership in identifying, developing, and maintaining tests involving API, databases, and web UI tests. Utilize strong knowledge of automation tools and continuous automation systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple organizations to prioritize test coverage and provide guidance on proactive testing for custom applications. - Possess strong knowledge and experience in Java, Python, Selenium, and continuous delivery (CD) pipeline configurations. - Generate reports, present findings, and uphold the quality standards for new features and releases. - Work effectively in global teams, partnering with peers and other teams across different timezones. - Utilize 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience to guide and mentor junior team members. Qualifications Required: - Strategic and tactical leadership skills with experience in test coverage analysis and driving test strategies. - Proficiency in technical expertise, including API, databases, and web UI testing, with a strong understanding of automation tools. - Ability to collaborate across teams and with internal customers to prioritize test coverage and provide guidance on testing applications. - Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Selenium, and CD pipeline configurations. - Excellent communication skills for reporting, presenting, and maintaining quality standards. - Experience working in global teams and leading projects while partnering with junior team members.
