Quality Engineer - LMTS / PMTS

You will be part of the AI Cloud Quality Engineering team at Salesforce, specializing in Salesforce's AI Platform and applications. As a Quality Engineer, your role will involve leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and quality strategies with a focus on automation. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure the quality of new features and successful execution of regression tests across various environments. Your responsibilities will include understanding complex backend AI flow systems, identifying potential risks, and strategically planning and executing testing efforts to ensure stability, reliability, and quality of features and releases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the analysis of coverage gaps and develop E2E and integration tests - Partner with teams to drive service level test coverage - Identify, develop, and maintain tests involving API, databases, and web UI tests - Utilize automation tools and continuous automation systems - Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple organizations to prioritize test coverage - Provide guidance on testing applications" integration with the platform - Lead projects and provide guidance to junior team members - Generate reports, present findings, and maintain quality standards for new features and releases - Work and partner with global teams and peers across different time zones **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience - 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring junior team members - Strong knowledge and experience in Java, Python, Selenium, and CD pipeline configurations The AI Cloud Quality Engineering team at Salesforce is a center of excellence for quality within the AI Platform teams. The team focuses on driving excellence through automation, tools, and streamlined processes, emphasizing shift left methodologies. They are responsible for building and enhancing test frameworks and tooling for easy creation and maintenance of integration and end-to-end tests. Additionally, the team proactively drives quality by monitoring and reporting test stability metrics, managing integration test pass rates, and supporting the expansion of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to multiple geographies.,
