Job Description

As a Quality Engineer at the manufacturing industry, your role will involve overseeing inspections, testing, and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products. You will be responsible for monitoring product quality throughout the production cycle, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that any deviations from quality standards are documented and investigated. In case of product defects or quality issues, you will investigate root causes and lead corrective actions. Collaboration with production teams to address and resolve non-conformances will also be a part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the implementation of preventive actions to minimize the risk of future quality issues. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee inspections, testing, and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products. - Utilize Quality instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, etc. - Monitor product quality throughout the production cycle, identifying areas for improvement. - Document and investigate any deviations from quality standards. - Investigate root causes of product defects or quality issues and lead corrective actions. - Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve non-conformances. - Implement preventive actions to minimize the risk of future quality issues.
