Position description:
1. Two-wheeler chassis and exhaust system and other Fabrication parts inspection, approval
2. Review drawings, supplier APQP process, FMEA, Control Plan and provide early inputs.
3. Supplier / in-house Process audit and approval
4. Part inspection and approval,
5. Carry out PPAP audit, Identify deviations and initiate actions,
6. Problem analysis, solving using 8D and QC story methodology.
7. Review drawings, Create Inspection standard, Part inspection and approval, carry out PPAP audit, identify deviations and initiate actions, Problem solving, Maintaining records.
8. Supplier process qualification and approval.
9. Establish AQI & FQI upfront at early stages.
10.Assess significant Production trial run @ planned run@rate.
Educational qualifications preferred.
