Your future environment

The Marine & Overseas Division carries out large-scale infrastructure projects internationally, including in the fields of energy, water treatment and complex structures.The STEGRA project in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steelworks and an electrolysis plant powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The facility will produce 5 million tonnes of green steel per year by 2030. Eiffage is responsible for:

Water Treatment Plant (WT2)
Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP)

your main tasks

Deploy and monitor the quality system on site.
Draft and update quality procedures and documents.
Carry out quality controls and inspections of structures.
Ensure that non-conformities are dealt with and followed up.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Collaborate with the works and HSE teams to ensure compliance with standards.
Raise awareness and train teams in quality requirements.

Required Profile

Training in civil engineering, quality or equivalent
Quality experience on industrial or construction projects
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality procedures
Fluent English essential
Rigorous, analytical mind, teaching skills

Conditions

The position is based on site in Boden, in northern Sweden, with a contractual package associated with this location. The living environment is stable, well connected and suitable for families if required.
