Immediate start preferred. Your Main Responsibilities Measure, verify and track project quantities, including key volumes (e.g., concrete m³, materials, labour). Monitor subcontractor quantities and prepare quantity statements for progress validation and payments. Analyze subcontractor contracts and support the Contract Manager on quantity-related topics. Prepare and maintain detailed Excel trackers, dashboards and quantity follow-up tools. Collect, consolidate and verify data from site teams and suppliers.
