Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) policies,procedures, and standards to ensure all projects meet the required quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and assessments of construction activities, materials,and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Identify areas of non-conformance and implement corrective and preventive actions to addressquality issues and improve processes.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that qualityrequirements are integrated into project planning and execution.
Review and approve project-related documents, such as quality plans, inspection test plans(ITPs), and method statements, ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
Manage the testing and inspection of materials, equipment, and workmanship, ensuring theymeet the required quality and safety standards.
Provide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors on quality management practices,inspection techniques, and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain quality records, documentation, and reports, ensuring accurate tracking and traceabilityof all quality-related activities.
Monitor and report on quality performance, KPIs, and trends, providing insights andrecommendations for continuous improvement to senior management.
Stay updated with the latest industry quality standards, codes, and best practices, ensuring theorganization's quality program remains current and effective.
