Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

Oversee day-to-day production activities in a heavy fabrication environment, ensuring timely execution as per schedules.

Process Supervision

Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, grinding, and assembly, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Manpower & Resource Management

Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet production targets and reduce downtime.

Drawing Interpretation

Read and interpret fabrication drawings and ensure accurate implementation on the shop floor.

Quality Assurance Support

Coordinate with the quality team to ensure in-process and final product quality as per specifications.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement

Identify production issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain production records, shift reports, and material utilization logs.
