Quality & Enablement Program Lead

INTRODUCTION:
We are seeking a Quality & Enablement Program Lead based in India to partner with the VP of Quality & Enablement in shaping how our engineering organization works. This role is responsible for turning vision into action establishing operating rhythms, ensuring accountability, and embedding modern ways of working across global teams.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with agile expertise who thrives on facilitation, coordination, and follow-through. They free leadership capacity by ensuring initiatives run smoothly and teams consistently deliver on commitments.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Translate strategy into execution: Convert strategic initiatives into clear plans, boards, and cadences.
• Drive accountability: Track deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure progress is visible.
• Own operational rhythms: Prepare monthly operating review (MOR) decks, set up and maintain team Kanban, run standups, and oversee reporting cycles.
• Facilitate & train: Lead workshops and training sessions on agile practices, ways of working, and enablement tools.
• Support leadership: Handle operational details and execution management so the VP can focus on strategy and influence.
• Embed ways of working: Champion agile and modern practices to improve consistency, flow, and delivery discipline across teams.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Program Manager.
• Were looking for a self-starter who loves learning, iteration, and progress over perfection. Youll often work with emerging ideas bringing clarity through structure, experimentation, and action.
• Strong knowledge of agile and modern engineering practices (Kanban, standups, retrospectives, continuous improvement).
• Excellent facilitation skills; able to lead sessions confidently with both senior leaders and delivery teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional coordination and follow-up discipline.
• Strong communicator who can quickly grasp intent and translate vision into practical execution.
• Comfortable bridging leadership intent and delivery reality across distributed teams.

Success Measures (12 Months)

• The VP of Quality & Enablement spends more time on strategy, influence, and inspiration, less on task chasing.
• Quality & Enablement initiatives run with discipline and predictability.
• MORs, standups, and reporting cycles are consistently on time and high quality.
• Teams adopt and sustain modern ways of working, with visible improvements in accountability and flow.
• Recognized as the trusted operator ensuring that whats envisioned actually gets delivered.
