ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Developer - Full Stack to join our R&D team and contribute to the transformation of our platform and products. We're looking for people that will do the same experience through our technology and products, while working with other development leaders to drive our platform strategy to stakeholders within and outside of ABC Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, working with both front-end and back-end technologies to ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ deliver high-quality features and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to dene technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products and platform enhancements. Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch monitoring. Develop and optimize both front-end and back-end systems using a diverse technology stack, including Java, .NET, React/React Native, and mobile development frameworks. Implement scalable and maintainable code that follows best practices in secure coding, testing, and performance optimization. Utilize Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) to design, implement, and deploy solutions that are scalable, resilient, and cost-eicient. Collaborate with engineering leaders to identify and implement software engineering best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security requirements. Lead by example in adopting agile practices, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster a collaborative and eicient development environment. Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise and providing coaching to help grow the team's capabilities and support their career progression. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, applying both depth of knowledge and creative problem-solving approaches. Engage in continuous learning, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and contributing to the innovation of the team and the broader engineering organization. WHAT YOULL NEED: ¢ ¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related eld (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of relevant software development experience, with expertise in both front-end and back-end development. ¢ ¢ 3+ years of experience in Java Full-stack development Strong prociency in Cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure, with hands-on experience building cloud-native applications. ¢ ¢ Experience working with modern web technologies and building scalable RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of microservices architecture, containers (Docker), and container orchestration (Kubernetes). ¢ Strong familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban. ¢ ¢ Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on building maintainable and eicient software solutions. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure coding and operations in the software development lifecycle. ¢ Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ¢ ¢ Passion for continuous improvement and a growth mindset, eager to learn and mentor others. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. AND ITS GREAT TO HAVE: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience with AI/ML technologies and integrating machine learning models into software solutions. Hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native or other frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools. Experience in the tness or health tech industry or building solutions for large-scale user bases. Knowledge of application security principles and techniques, including secure coding and penetration testing. ¢ Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
