Quality Development and Educational Trainer Responsibilities- · Responsible for providing guidance, training, and support to teachers and school leaders to improve their skills and knowledge, ultimately benefiting student learning. · Primary focus on various aspects of education, including classroom management, curriculum development, teaching strategies, and the use of technology in the classroom. · Ability to develop training program, conducting training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of training · Serve as a mentor to educators, providing guidance and feedback beyond formal training session. · Extend to fostering professional development and ongoing training to support educator progression. Key Skills · Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training sessions simultaneously. · Experience with using digital tools for online training (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.). Qualities · A proactive, enthusiastic, Adaptability, Excellent communication skills, Presentable, Organizational Skills, Microsoft Office Proficiency, Public Speaking and approachable attitude. Qualification & Experience Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education Having more than 5 years experience in Education sector (Schools Only) Preferred – Male Job Type: Full-time Pay: up to ₹30,000.00 per month (Rest depend on interview and experience) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
