Job Description

You will be joining Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) as a General Manager - Customer Experience Management based in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. With 12 to 17 years of experience and a B.E / B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, you will play a crucial role in driving customer centricity and enhancing the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the Customer Experience advocate and champion Customer Centricity across the Business. - Measure and enhance Customer Experience in alignment with Business priorities. - Define improvement action plans and priorities in collaboration with Business stakeholders. - Address Customer dissatisfactions promptly and efficiently by implementing containment, correction, and preventive actions. - Utilize digital tools and data analytics to monitor and enhance customer experience. **Functional Competencies:** - Possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality, Design, or Customer facing functions. - Proficient in quality tools and analytical tools. - Demonstrate a high level of expertise in Data analytics and Digital skills.
